30-Day Guarantee

You've got 30 days from the day your order arrives to decide if it's right for you. If it's not, we'll make it right.


What We Need for a Return

To qualify for a return, your item needs to be:

  • Unworn and unused (we can't resell used gear)
  • Tags still attached
  • Original packaging intact
  • Receipt or proof of purchase included

We get it—sometimes the fit isn't right, or the color looks different in person. No hard feelings. Just keep it in sellable condition and we're good.


How to Start a Return

Let us know what you're returning and why. Once we approve it, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on where to send it.

Important: Don't just ship it back without contacting us first. We can't accept unsolicited returns—we need to track things on our end to process your refund.


Damaged or Wrong Item?

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something's defective, damaged, or we sent you the wrong item, contact us immediately at returns@gravelbornsupply.com.

We'll make it right. Either we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund—your call.


What We Can't Accept Returns On

A few things we can't take back for obvious reasons:

  • Sale items (all sales are final)
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products (made specifically for you)

Need a Different Size or Color?

Here's the fastest way to handle exchanges:

  1. Return the item you have (email us to start the process)
  2. Place a new order for the size/color you want

This keeps things moving faster than waiting for a swap. Plus, you can track both orders separately.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company might need a few extra days to post it to your account.

If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you still don't see the refund, email us at returns@gravelbornsupply.com. We'll track it down.
